It is interesting to read in THE GUARDIAN's online edition today that the books experiencing a fanstatic revival/resurrection are romance genre books. Turns out most of us are shy (embarrassed even) to be seen reading soppy titles of the sort Mills&Boon produce. Great I say as long as it gets more people reading, but I can't help feeling that each time I spot someone on the commute home innocently reading their ebook all I'll be wondering is what fabulous smut they're immersed in. How naughty a commute suddenly has become!
